一つ、橋下市長を巡って面白かったなと思ったのは、選挙の時に（雑誌の）『新潮』がすごいネガティブキャンペーンやりましたよね。その時に「やれ橋下氏」と。それから「親族にヤクザがいる」とか、あるいは「被差別部落のエリアで彼が育った」とかね。そういったネガティブキャンペーンをやって。これ『新潮』の得意技ですよね。こういうネガティブキャンペーン持っていくと、だいたいそこでそれこそ、「愚民」だの「土人」でもなんでもいいんだけども、やっぱそこであっさり先導されてきたわけじゃないですか。『新潮』は、やっぱりそういうふうに大衆を先導することに関してもお家芸だったわけだけども、『新潮』が言わば先導できなくなって、逆に反撃くらったみたいなね。そこで僕はすごく人ごとのように面白かったですね。『新潮』が先導してきた人が、もう先導しきれないんだ。でもそれがネットの世論じゃなくて大阪のおばさんたちを、もう『新潮』が先導できないんだと思うと、そこがすごく面白かった。
