2011年以降の特徴は、東日本大震災の影響を受けていることだ。男の子のキラキラネーム「るきあ」でも、2009年生まれは「琉星」が当てられていたが、昨年生まれは「琉絆空」。女の子は「葵絆（きずな）」がランクインするなど、「絆」の文字が目立った。その他にも「祷→結空祷（ゆらと／男の子）」、「祈→祈愛（のあ／女の子）」、「縁→縁士（えにし／男の子）」など、震災による人との「つながり」、復興への「祈り」が名前に込められている。
